    Lois Stubenrauch

    March 24, 1932 - October 22, 2016

Lois Sauer Sullivan Stubenrauch passed away on October 22, 2016 in Grand Prairie, TX. A mass service will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church in Mansfield, TX on October 28, 2016 at 1 PM. Lois was born on March 24, 1932 in Syracuse, New York to her parents Mildred and Charles Sauer. Lois was an extremely loving and caring soul who would knit baby caps for the hospital newborns at Methodist Central Hospital of Dallas for years, to give to the new parents. She worked with great devotion for the same Ob/Gyn group for over twenty years. She even helped Father B.G. Eades with the needlepoint tapestries of the Virgen de Guadalupe behind the alter at Dallas Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the Last Supper in Holy Spirit Catholic Church at Duncanville. Not only was she a great help to others but she was also a loving wife, a loving mother, spending quality time listening and understanding her children and grandchildren, and a loving friend to everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, and her personal sparkle. Lois was preceded in death by her parents Mildred and Charles Sauer, her husband James E. Sullivan, and her grandson Mark S. Boswank. She is survived by her husband Albert (Al) Stubenrauch, her sons James P. Sullivan and his wife Peggy, and Mark C. Sullivan and his wife Dana, her daughters Patricia A. Sullivan, Nancy M. Hebert and her husband Terry, Susan E. Shelton, Marcia K. Boswank and her husband Steve, and Kerry J. Cook and her husband Nathan, her brother James C. Sauer, 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and numerous great great grandchildren.
